The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has released the names of Computer-based Test centres sanctioned over the conduct of the 2017 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.

A report released by the Head of Public Affairs, JAMB, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, said the centres were sanctioned over their roles in examination malpractice and technical hitches during the UTME.

An analysis of the report showed that 48 of the centres were delisted for gross misconduct and technical deficiencies, and thereby barred from participating in the conduct of future examinations.  Twenty-four others were suspended for technical deficiency and would not participate in the conduct of the UTME next year.
