The Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun, says he was with police operatives during one of the sessions when they discussed with the kidnappers of pupils and workers of the Nigerian Turkish International Colleges.
Amosun, however, stated that he refrained from speaking with the criminals in order not to dignify them.
The governor, who received the eight freed victims on Wednesday in his Oke Mosan, Abeokuta office, vowed that the kidnappers would “pay dearly” for their action.
