The controversial crude swap deals ran from 2010 to 2014, during which the NNPC exchanged parts of its daily 445,000 barrels of crude for refined petroleum products.
Major crude oil traders –Tranfigura and Duke Oil – were contracted by the oil corporation for the swap transactions.
