THE Rivers State Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike, has accused the All Progressives Congress senator who had represented Rivers South-East, Magnus Abe, of abandoning the Kpobie-Bodo road project after allegedly collecting over N4bn to complete the project.
Wike, who made this allegation on Thursday during the groundbreaking of the construction of the road in Bodo City, described as unfortunate a situation where a privileged politician would swindle his people.
But Abe has described the allegation as false, adding that no money was embezzled on the Kpopie-Bodo Road project.click here to read more
